Replacement Policy:
- We are committed to delivering high-quality ladders. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement.
- To be eligible for a replacement, you must submit your request within a day of delivery.
- To initiate a replacement request, please get in touch with our customer service team at contact no. 7800008770. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will promptly review your request and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Damage Policy:
- Inspect your ladder upon delivery. If you discover any damage, it must be reported to us within a day of receipt.
- To facilitate a smooth resolution, provide clear photographic evidence of the damage along with your order number when reporting the issue.
- After verifying the damage, we will offer either a replacement or a refund based on your preference. Please be aware that claims submitted after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for compensation.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipment.
- For cancellation requests made beyond this initial window, please contact our customer service team at mobile number7800008770 to discuss available options. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be feasible. In such cases, you can return the product according to our Return & Refund Policies.
