Shipping Policy
- At Climbtech, we prioritize the safety of our products during shipment. Each item is carefully packed in sturdy boxes, with individual products protected by bubble wrap, and extra padding for fragile items.
- Orders placed before noon from Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Orders received after noon on Fridays, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Partners: We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our estimated delivery times below:
- Domestic (within India): 3-7 business days
- Due to high demand and occasional logistical constraints, there may be unavoidable delays in dispatch and delivery. We strive to maintain efficient service and appreciate your understanding during such times.
- Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept it and immediately notify our customer service team for assistance.
- If an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of the delivery notification. We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue within 48-72 hours.
- Any claims for missing items or damages must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We will review and address your request within three working days.
- In cases where our reverse pick-up service is unavailable, customers are required to self-ship the product using a reliable courier. Climbtech will reimburse the courier charges.
- Climbtech is not responsible for any damages or loss of products after delivery. We advise customers to ensure the security of their delivered items.
- We reserve the right to suspend deliveries to any region if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly in such events.
- Products with a remaining shelf life of less than three months are eligible for return. The full purchase amount will be credited back to the customer's account. Returns are not accepted for products with a shelf life exceeding three months.
- Resellers are not eligible for Climbtech Reward Points and promotional offers.
